This is Home!
February 18, 2021We are living in this community since 2017 & will probably settle for years to come. This place is "Home" to us. We've lived several communities in the past & can say that home is not just a nice structure inside out but a place where you feel secure, safe & welcome. From the very start management team has been excellent in customer service & they've been consistent. They will try to work with you the best they can. My encounters with the Manager- Deborah, Asst. Manager - Brianna, Leasing Agent - ...Elizabeth has been nothing less than great. They give you a feeling of assurance that they have your best interest at heart. Frank & David, the maintenance crews treats every repairs & issues with utmost care. Lovely Place to Live
January 3, 2021I had the pleasure of living at Countrybrooks Condominiums for a year. It is located in an ideal location surrounded by beautiful trees, well-manicured lawns and shrubs. It is very family-oriented where you will find children playing with each other outdoors. The people living here are very friendly. The staff at Countrybrooks are very professional and kind people and will take care of any issues you may have promptly and with courtesy. The maintenance crew is top notch in my eyes. They take ...care of any necessary repairs quickly and professionally. It was a true pleasure living there and I felt very safe. Great, Reliable, & Welcoming
September 11, 2020Despite all the insect and apartment maintenance, CBC has made my stay here enjoyable. Their maintenance staff is on top of all issues, big and small. Their management is responsive. I just wish I had a chance to experience the full extent of the complex’s amenities (gym, pool, etc.). Hoping to stay past this lease and as long as possible and enjoy the community more once this COVID-19 pandemic is over. May 21, 2020We have lived here since 2015 (Still residents). I love amenities, garden like feeling, pools, small gym, ponds that give a feeling of nature. Place is very green and clean. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and very helpful. Nice community, very friendly people. Great location and schools. Sound isolation is not the best, but I love everything else.
