Frigid winters, hot summers, bugs
April 25, 2023The landlord completely sealed off in-bedroom AC units years ago, so there is just 1 AC unit in the living room that is supposed to cool the entire apartment. It works poorly and the bedrooms are 80+ degrees all summer long. The AC doesn't turn on until mid may, so you must rely on opening windows for cool air but unfortunately the screens are old with huge holes so I have to kill 5-10 bugs per day. My apartment reeks of cigarette smoke from the downstairs neighbors. In the winter you will often ...see your neighbors wearing winter coats inside their apartments because the heat is controlled. Lived here for almost two years
February 7, 2018Place has a huge bug problem. Issue has not been resolved. In constant need of repairs. No parking after 7 pm. Loud neighbors. Don't try sleeping past 9 am any day, its impossible. There is always trouble in the neighborhood, I see police twice a week. I use two area heaters during winter. Might as well be sleeping curbside, can't wait to move.Review from Apartments.com
No hot water Again!!!
January 9, 2018Last night I had to wait until after 10:30 p.m. to take a shower because there was no hot water. I have to get up early in the morning to pay my rent which I do consistently you would think I would get some consistent hot water. And have asked him several times to get rid of whatever is crawling across the ceiling in the middle of the night.Property Manager Responded

Decent apartment/ problem area
September 21, 2015I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and the size is nice. It is a little dated and there have been a few issues that maintenance has corrected. Overall the apartment is fine, it is the area that is a little troublesome. There are always cops entering the surrounding apartments and there have been crime issues toward the front of the complex.Review from Apartments.com
