July 20, 2025I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. My experience here has been extremely disappointing. From the start, there were persistent insect problems, loud upstairs neighbors at all hours, and frequent water leaks that went unresolved for far too long. The worst part, however, has been dealing with the front office—specifically Lillie. She is consistently condescending, unprofessional, and disregards the lease terms entirely. She often attempts to make up her own rules and policies ...that aren't in the lease agreement, and communicating with her feels like hitting a brick wall. If you're looking for a place that respects its tenants and provides basic livable conditions, look elsewhere. This complex is not worth the headache.Property Manager Responded

Nice place to live
December 6, 2024If you're new to the OKC metro or are looking for an affordable Apt close by, for whatever reason, put Country Club Apts in El Reno at the top of your list. It's time to dismiss all the old reviews you're seeing here and elsewhere and check things out for yourself. For an older complex built in the early 80's, it shows very well. The grounds are well kept and neat. Plenty of dumpsters that are emptied multiple times per week and not overflowing. Maintenance will dismantle large items like couches ...or other items left by, so as not to have an eyesore present. My 1 bdrm was move in ready. Freshly painted, new carpet, and the tile was cleaned and in good condition. New blinds on all the windows and the French doors. New modern toilet was installed too. HVAC system only 6 yrs old as was the full size 30gal water heater. Kitchen appliances were a bit outdated but were clean and work just fine. New smoke alarms as well. Closets are large with extra lockable storage on the patio. Has space for a stackable laundry also. As for management, Top Notch. The 2 ladies in the office are kind and will greet you with a smile. They are sincere and will gladly help you if you have an issue or concern that needs addressed. Final note, this is a very quiet community. Would be great for anyone who works nights or just likes to sleep during the day.Property Manager Responded

October 19, 2017Came to view an apartment on 10/17/17. Pulled up in front of the office and the door was locked with a sign that said be back at 1 so I decided to wait. At 1 pm a red headed lady pulled up right beside me, looked right at me and went in to the office. I got out of my car to go inside to find the door locked. I knocked several times and no answer. I continued to wait in my car for 30 min. This was my only day off work to apartment search and I was very interested in this complex for the location ...and reasonable rates. Finally...another lady showed up. She greeted me and invited me in to get some more information. Not sure if I will return, I have worked retail and could not believe someone would do that knowing that they had customer sitting outside waiting for service. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Don't do it!
September 10, 2016The kitchen is ridiculously small. There was a broken window in my apartment when I moved in that was NEVER fixed. I found mold in the apartment approximately 2 weeks after I moved in which was never properly taken care of in spite of MULTIPLE complaints to the manager. When I finally got fed up and moved out 2 months prior to the end of my lease they kept my deposit despite the fact that the apartment was far cleaner when I left than when I arrived and then tried to charge me for the last 2 ...months of a lease that THEY repeatedly violated by not providing appropriate repairs/maintenance when requested. They also tried to send the account to collections without even notifying me that I had an outstanding balance with them. This place is a joke! August 21, 2015The overall community is nice and quiet. As far as the individual apartments go, there is room for improvement. The floors are thin and I hear the elephants above me daily, the kitchen is minuscule and you cannot open the refrigerator and the dishwasher at the same time.
