I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. My experience here has been extremely disappointing. From the start, there were persistent insect problems, loud upstairs neighbors at all hours, and frequent water leaks that went unresolved for far too long.
The worst part, however, has been dealing with the front office—specifically Lillie. She is consistently condescending, unprofessional, and disregards the lease terms entirely. She often attempts to make up her own rules and policies ...
that aren't in the lease agreement, and communicating with her feels like hitting a brick wall.
If you're looking for a place that respects its tenants and provides basic livable conditions, look elsewhere. This complex is not worth the headache.
