I have lived at Country Club for over 7 years, I have never seen a staff that is really taking care of the property like the current manager. The off is staff is so friendly and the maintenance people get the work done.

Mike and Maurice in the office are always so friendly and really helpful! Maintenence team is awesome too, they're always quick to respond to work orders and they're all also really nice! The apartments are really spacious, love having an in-unit washer & dryer, and the 2 pools are great too! I mean, there's a reason we've lived here for almost 5 years!

The perfect equilibrium of cost and quality here in Toledo. After searching all over metro-Toledo, Country Club is the best bang for your buck. It’s nice to be able call this place home. The staff here are helpful, knowledgeable, and proficient. Maurice and Kimberly assisted by the property manager helped me become a resident here and the two maintenance gents have been wonderful. My upstairs neighbor had a pipe leaking into my bathroom ceiling earlier this week. I called the office and spoke with Kim who immediately sent the maintenance crew to check it out. All of the maintenance guys are great and the two dispatched to my issue, Ron and Cody, were communicative and respectful, making sure to remove their shoes at my door. Apartment is too small for what you pay for. Smells like pot, walls thin, super loud. Management will not help you when someone takes your car port. & speed bumps so bad that no matter how slow you go your car will get messed up. Major potholes everywhere. Counters & walls nasty, paint peeling everywhere. You can make this look cute but not worth it!
