Tiffany Thanks for everything!
August 28, 2017I decided to wrote this review just to thank Tiffany for all good work that she's been done to our place! If we have a quite, safe and comfortable place to live is because she takes a good care of everything! In 17 years in america I have never seen a condominium manager with so much concern for the well being of residents. Her kindness and love is so great that she decided to learn Portuguese only to better serve us (when she asked me to teach her some words in Portuguese I told her that she ...didn't have to do that we are the ones who needs to speak English after all, we live in America and not in Brazil). Not that great for $$$
November 21, 2016As someone who's actually lived here and not office personnel writing a review I can say this place is not worth it. The washer/dryers break every month, the toilets are broken and the space is small. There's always something going wrong with something in the apartment, the gym closes too early and opens too late, kids running around everywhere and some rude neighbors always making so much noise- ex: loud music coming from open apartment balconies, noisy kids racing cars across parking lot and no ...security to calm things down, etc... Only great thing is the view of the lake if you end up paying over $1600 for a semi-spacious 2 bedroom apartment (don't let the pictures fool you) and the nature park next door. Definitely isn't worth the hype! Also, I once went to the office to ask a question and the "office manager" (did not get her name) completely sized me up and down, answered my question with distaste and sent me on my merry way. Why? Apparently they were closed (it was 5 after 6pm). I would say, rent at your own risk, would not be living here if it weren't so close to my job.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

FIRST TIMER AT 55
September 27, 2015After kids left the nest, in Florida, I moved to Tennessee. I moved back to Florida and moved into this apartment for the first time at age 55. It's been an adventure, meeting so many people. The really nice thing is if something goes wrong, all ya have to do is call the office and you have it fixed within hours at no expense. The complex is kept up very nicely and is clean. I think the apartment life is for me!Review from Apartments.com

August 6, 2015I have been residing happily at Country Club Lakes for over a year now and plan on renewing my lease when it is up February 2016. The office staff has been exceptional and always approachable, warm and friendly. The maintenance staff is terrific, they will address any problems immediately and are willing to work around my schedule. I work nights and they are well aware that I sleep until about 1:30 in the afternoon. we have a third floor 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with vaulted ceilings and it ...provides enough space for the 3 adults and small dog in our family. I especially enjoy the pool area, tennis courts and the new gym. The grounds are kept nicely manicured and landscaped. August 13, 2015Shopping, a variety of restaurants and recreational activities are a short drive away, yet when you are home it's like living on a tropical island. My apartment overlooks a beautiful lake and the entire area is surrounded by palm trees ...and the beach is only 10 minutes way. The beautiful landscaping is well maintained. There is a Gazebo with picnic tables and a barbeque, large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts and a "brand new" gym.
