Country club meadows is a beautiful landscaped apartment complex on the eastside of Flagstaff Arizona. it is a 5 min walk from the Coconino forest and trails. I am a long term tennant.The maintenence team is quick to fix any manitenence issues, however I have an issue with the plastic tile in the kitchen, its very old and has stains, after six months of complaining and getting the run around to fix this issue i was notified by Mary,( The Manager) that she would look into it and see how long ago
...the tile was installed for replacement, following up today on this with Mary today, she did not look into how long ago it was installed, she was not interested in looking into it, In my opinion,I get the impression that the staff in the office, mainly Mary is, more interested in protecting her job and not speaking out for the tenants.I have heard of two other long term tenants complain about getting older appliances replaced, other than that, if your looking for a short term place to stay for school and dont mind thes issues i would suggest considering country club meadows. I myself will continue to bare with this issue becuase of its location unless the owners get angry about my review and find a way to get rid of me, ive been a good tennant with no complaints againts me, other than my cigarrete smoking that gets circulated through the vents system to my neighbors becuase of what Mary is quoted as saying "Poorly constructed apartments"
