The grounds are well maintained and very attractive. Maintenance is quick to take care of any problems. The area is quiet, people seem to be respectful and friendly, and there is a feeling of being safe here. Shopping, medical, pretty much anything needed is close by. Our manager, Carol, is so knowledgeable regarding the place, and most importantly is friendly and ...caring, and definitely wants people to enjoy living here. Best apartments in Eugene and I've looked around at a lot of them. Nice quiet neighborhood on single access road that means local traffic only. Central location close to Valley River mall, Coburg rd. as well as downtown. Also pet friendly which is a big plus.
