Rent here if you have no other choice
October 7, 2021Current resident here. This place is irritating to live at. The washers/dryers are always breaking, people leave their garbage in front of the trash chute instead of throwing it in, next to the stairs that are behind the elevators, or in the stairwells. People don't pick up after their dogs. At least take them to a spot where people don't walk if that's what you want to do! People park anywhere, which is a fire hazard but the leasing office doesn't care. They don't even let the security that they ...hired do their jobs to keep things in order! If packages are left at your door, which they're not supposed to be, they get stolen. You have a time limit on the amenities that YOU pay for. Be Careful With This Place!
February 16, 2021Lived here for the past 4 years and the first 2 years it was ok, but the last 2 was a nightmare and we just left last month. 1-Dog poop all over the place. No one cares not even management. They send letters about giving penalties to whomever is found not picking up after their dogs but everything stays the same. I cant even go outside to play on the grass with my daughter because there is poop all over the place. 2- Constant marijuana smell everywhere, i have reported it many times even to ...security officers and nothing gets done either. Security just ignores the complaints. 3- Management doesn't care about your situation, don't even try to go there. February 14, 2021Mold,roaches,drug dealers and smokers, dogs poop in hallways and pee near your door, maintenance don’t care about fixing anything, Manger of complex won’t email you back and people throw trash in front of their door for others to pick up. September 29, 2020Lived there for a while everything is dirty, lazy staff, no one listens to complaints, and the conditions seem to worsen. the hallways are never cleaned which have rugs. I didn't know that because the model is on the first floor and the first floor has no rugs in the hallways. The pet stains on those rugs are what make the building smell so bad. I have asked over and over to get this cleaned, and nothing, no help from maintenance and Management is even worse. Illegal drugs everywhere. Stairwells ...included. Very dirty sometimes. People smoke marijuana in the stairwells. POOR parking and sercurity, and btw if you let cockroach, have a glass of wine, 2 or 3 they will show in your glass every next morning.IM GLAD I LEFT AND DONT RENT HERE!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Great Staff!
August 21, 2019I have yet to move in, I am scheduled for move in later on this month but I wanted to take the time to express how great the gentlemen who helped me was throughout this whole process. We've been in the process for almost a month and I have to say he was nothing but great! He did his best to cater to my needs for my future home while staying within my budget as much as possible knowing that I was exploring other options. At no point, did he oversell or over promise. If he knew it couldn't be done ...he was very straightforward but did his best to meet me in the middle. Extremely responsive to all my calls, e-mails, and even stayed a little after their office hours due to the fact that I couldn't always make it by the time I got out of work.
