July 24, 2025I've been here for 2 years as a single mom and I love it. For someone with a busy life of working full time, it's clean, it's a safe place, the staff is amazing. Anytime I need maintenance done, they are completely on it and have it fixed within a few hours. They are all one level and you don't have a lot of noise from neighbors. They keep the property maintained well, washers and dryers inside your unit, lots of closet space, very roomy living and kitchen area. I have absolutely no complaints ...at all living here. Nice place to live!
January 11, 2017I've lived here for about 5 years. This is a decent apartment complex, no one bothers me, and I feel very safe here. The apartment manager is always helpful and friendly. She works very hard to make sure this stays a nice place for residents. Any repairs that have been needed are usually attended to the day I make the request, or the next day at the latest. She may not always answer the phone when I call(she's a busy manager) but she always calls me back even when I don't leave a message . Great place to live
January 11, 2017I have lived here for a ltitle overy 2 years now and I am glad to call it home. The staff is very friendly and the manager is willing to work with you on anything. The apartments are very close to Mid America which is good if you r work is located there. The apartments are kept up nicely and they will even come around every three months and spray them for bugs and change your air filter. They will ring your door bell before they will come in your apartment to see if anyone is home or not when ...they spray. These apartments are a single level four plex so you don't have to worry about living on top or underneath someone. The neighbors are very friendly. You get to have a little yard. The apartments are nice inside and out. If anything goes wrong they will fix it or if they can't they will replace it. Dont waste your time
December 13, 2016please dont waste your time with these apartments they are no way worth the 720 a month they do not ever answer the phone no matter what goes wrong with your apartment be ready for the maintenance men ( who are really just they'er friends they hire not actually anyone qualified to fix anything or they'll find people that live in the complex to try and fix it) to just walk into your residence and dont bother complaining it wont change a thing. Be ready for your dish washer to break all the time ...all the time and fill up with moldy water dont worry the apartment manager or lack there of will inform you that the hoses for the garbage disposable and the dish washer are ran through one hose so be ready to have old food all over your dishes and it clogging up your dish washer if you really wanna waste a bunch of money get a time share.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
