Stay away!!
October 11, 2024Do NOT move here. Yeah the rent is cheap but you get exactly what you pay for! Roaches, drugs, filth on and on. Trash in hallways all of the time. Absolutely disgusting place. Cops are called there almost daily. They have locked doors but the doors are propped open almost always so “secure entrance” is a complete joke!! Do your self a favor and don’t move here.Review from Apartments.com
Don't Rent Here!
July 22, 2022This is not worth the cost. Rent is miscalculated regularly, there is no door buzzers but the buildings are locked. There is never enough parking and if you are visiting you will be towed within 20 minutes. I have been here for 5 years, and every few weeks the fire alarm is pulled by some kid that they wont evict their parents for. The other night a guy was outside talking about a drive by he did.The smell of pot is constantly in the halls, and will seep into your apartment. I was putting up with ...a lot but it has gotten much worse in the past year and am gnawing at the bit to escape this place. I found a luxury 2 bed for the price they want me to pay here. They also accidentally changed the lock on my mailbox and it took a month for them to figure it out. Also, their "on site laundry" never works, and you will NOT get your money back, and the Sauna hasn't worked for over 5 years now..Property Manager Responded

Never consitant
February 17, 2022The apartment buildings shut water off twice a month and give you a 12 hour time window of when they will be there to fix it. They only give you a two days notice before doing anything inside your apartment. The front office is always closing early, with a 1 hour notice. Worst apartments
February 4, 2021You feel like you’re watched constantly and don’t let anyone stay the night at your place because they will tow your car. Maintenance does a crappy job. When it snows they throw pellets that don’t melt and track into your place and there is rarely an open parking spot and I’m sure there are more people living in apartments past occupancy requirements. No reason there shouldn’t be plenty of parking.Review from Apartments.com

October 10, 2019first apartments we moved into. thought they were very affordable but the staff is very rude, made living here very uncomfortable, and you felt like you were being watched. One happy renter!
January 27, 2019I have been in the leasing office a few times with my significant other, and every time i come in the office the girls are very welcoming. Always greeting me, and always willing to help me with laundry card machine. The residents are lucky to have such nice people in the office. Also, the maintenance guys are always very efficient when they come to the apartment, they come in a timely manor and are very quick to get the job done! I should also add the snow, since that’s all it seems to be doing ...right now in Omaha. These guys are quick to come out and get the parking lot and sidewalks clear to where it doesn’t even look like it snowed, by the time i leave for work the side walks are clear and there is salt down. 10/10 recommended country club to anyone looking for an apartment.Property Manager Responded

Worst Apartment
December 29, 2018I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. I could pay the same amount in rent for a nicer place, it may be smaller but I would take a smaller apartment over this any day. The management is a joke, including NP Dodge. Anytime an issue comes up they call you back from an unknown number so they can’t be reached again. They told me that they would waive the fee for me to get out of my lease early as a courtesy. They’re not trying to be nice they are just tired of being called out on how ...disgusting their complex is. Yes it’s affordable, yes it’s conveniently located by shopping and grocery stores but it’s not worth it. Living here has made me never want to live in an apartment again.Property Manager Responded

New Renter
October 8, 2018This apartment complex is very good. They have spacious rooms, even in the two bedrooms apartments, love all the closet space! They also answer your request very quickly, and moreover it is a very friendly environment. It is quiet and people are very respectful and very kind. I am just happy to call this place my home.The girls in the office are very helpful and friendly, and the maintenance guys are very quick to come and fix a problem. August 15, 2015The apartments are located conveniently to grocery, shopping and c-stores. There is a pool, fitness room, tennis court and gym at the main office. I've been in the town home I am renting along with my sister and two of her children for almost 8 years but it has outdated carpet, appliances and bath (1 1/2) cabinets and vanities that should be replaced. I think this will be done when we move out this month.Review from Apartments.com
