Nice place to live.

Nice Place to Live
February 25, 2026I have lived her now since June. So far it’s a very nice place to live. Apartment is perfect for my cat and I. There have been a few maintenance issues but they are quick to get them fixed. Rent is a little high but you will find that everywhere. Great place to live.
September 19, 2025We went from living in the country with no close neighbors to living in an apartment at Country Club Villas. At first I kept thinking it's only temporary but after being there a couple of months I realized "hey this is home". The office and maintenance staff are great if you need anything. It is always commilunicated if water has to be turned off or anything else going on. We get a prompt notice if a package has been delivered. The grounds are always nice and clean. We have made several friends ...around the complex. The price of rent and pet fees is great and comparable to other complexes in the area. Location is great with a lot of amenities close by. Overall its a great place to live and I would recommend it to everyone who asks. Great Apartments
March 20, 2024Lived here for 3 years. Maintenance is responsive, the front office is kind, amenities are good. Going to the pool was my favorite! Close to stores & restaurants & car wash. The apartment I was in has been loved and worn by others in the past, but it is a great space and the vaulted ceiling is wonderful (I lived on the second floor). Very personable

Quick and professional
March 21, 2023I called Thursday morning and was moving in Saturday morning. Cindy, Haley, and Reagan all worked to get me everything I needed and made the process easy. The price was great as well, significantly cheaper than the apartments I was staying in a block away. I have been here for a week and despite being centrally located, it has been very quiet. November 5, 2022This place started out fine but got pretty bad close to the end. Pro's: Nice area, close to a lot of things, office ladies are nice, fireplaces. Con's: At first maintenance was great. They fixed things quickly. However, after about 6-7 months of living here, they started leaving things a mess, dismissing things like the picture I sent them of exactly where my sink was leaking and telling me that "it wasn't leaking now". They also glued my dishwasherr at one point. Of course it broke again the ...first time I ran it. They also do not enforce cleaning up after pets. There was always dog poop everywhere and it was even worse when I was there last. I got emails all the time saying that the water was being shut off. However I was usually at work and didn't worry about it. Biggest con of all is that they raised rent by almost $200, and after I let them know that I wouldn't be renewing, they tried multiple times to offer some sort of discount, saying that the increase was negotiable. When I left, my family and I spent hours scrubbing that apartment from top to bottom. I just got my security deposit check today and found that they charged me $60 for cleaning the fridge and replacing two drip pans on the stove. I could have replaced all four for less than that and the fridge was clean when I left. I guess they had to find some way to squeeze as much money out of me as they could. Definitely much happier at my new place where I don't have to worry about being screwed over.Property Manager Responded
