I cannot thank Rebecca enough for all that she has done! My daughter moved into the apartment beginning of her Sophomore year. The move-in process was very easy with no problems at all. Paperwork, payment, keys....no stress what so ever. Her attitude was always pleasant and always so very helpful. The apartment was clean, updated with nice appliances and all in perfect working order. A/C and heat all worked fantastic. Loved the fact that it is one of few apartment building with laundry ...
INSIDE your apartment. This is huge when it is freezing outside. It is nicely insulated so you do not hear outside noise. The insulation also keeps the apartment warm in the winter and cooler in the summer. It makes a big difference! If we had a small issue, management and serviceman would be right on top of it making sure all was handled immediately. The grounds were always beautiful and well manicured. The dog park was great too. Everyone was responsible with their pets. This is a great location to be with the mall and stores close by. The apartment is right off of the 40 freeway, which is super convenient. We have nothing bad to say about Country Club Apartments and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to call this place their home. You will not be disappointed. What to say other than WOW!!! Rebecca and Christi are the most amazing people! The move-in process was very easy, and they always found a way to help work around any issues we ran into. I moved here from England, so having a previous U.S. address was impossible, but they worked with me and was able to use my parents address. From applying, to signing the lease, it was all conveniently online. The property is beautiful, and the location is perfect. There are trails just off of the property to ...
venture and the grounds are keep VERY clean. It's quiet and quaint, which is exactly what I needed since I will be in school full-time. Not only is the place great, but it had the lowest rate in the Flagstaff area for rent! After doing the initial walk-through of the apartment, I had very little to say about the state of it. The "cul-da-sac" is awesome.
If you need a place that will help you with everything, when you have nothing, this is the place to go! My household goods are still in transit now, but the staff lets it be known that you are family and reaching out to them is NOT out of their way. There are too many good things to say about this place, you should just stop by and see them for yourself.
The kitchen is a good size with everything you need minus the microwave. Everything is in good working order, and it helps that once you do move in, they give you a welcome bag with some very good essentials to get you started. The heating and cooling is GREAT! The walls are very well insulated. I set the temperature to 75 one freezing night, and after turning it down to 62 the next morning, here it is A WEEK later, and it's only gone down to 68. That's without turning on the A/C.
Location: It's West of the city center just off of I-40 so you don't have too much traffic, so it keeps it nice and quiet, yet there are still things like Safeway and other essential stores on this end.
In the end, I am extremely happy I chose this place, and I can't wait to be part of this amazing community! Thank you Rebecca and Christi for EVERYTHING!!!

location is one of the best things about the vista apts. great views of the hills to the east or mountains to the north. lots of green spaces between buildings gives you a sense of being in the middle of nature while still being in town. unfortunately some construction is happening above the complex, but do not hold that against them. the management team, maintenance staff are absolutely phenomenal. this is the 3 different apt complex i have lived in and have never had a better experience with a ...
staff. they really do care about their residents. lots of parking available too. the buildings are older, so that is a negative, but still not shabby, just lived in. windows are double pane but aluminum. floors are carpeted, which i prefer. appliances are older then most college students, but they work. i recommend the one bedroom apt because it has a far more functional layout for the kitchen/living room space but the two bed two bath is not bad. kitchen is petite. had to buy extra shelving for 'pantry' space-easy fix. i have had two leases here already and cannot find a better complex for the amenities avail here in flagstaff. oh and free cable standard in every apt is great because you can just bundle upgrade for internet and save tons when going through suddenlink.

My husband and I have been living at Country Club Vista apartments in Flagstaff for a little over a year now. Being new to Flagstaff, it has been a great experience living at this apartment.
The management team is excellent! They will go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. They are very friendly, welcoming, and you can tell they have a high level of care about their residents. And, they handle things very quickly. The maintenance team is also very good.

reasonable compared to other places in the Flagstaff area. The one bedroom apartment is nice. The kitchen has many cabinets which makes for good storage space. The kitchen appliances could use an upgrade, but they are all in working condition, which matters the most. I really enjoy having the washer and dryer in our unit. The heating and cooling system is great. We can set our apartment to one temperature year round and be comfortable.
I am very happy with the location of the complex. It isn't downtown or near the college area of town but yet it is close to grocery stores, the mall, the interstate, and walking trails.
All in all, I am very satisfied with our apartment.

Management is very friendly and accommodating. Rebecca and Morgan are both very helpful and are a pleasure to deal with. Whenever an issue arises, they take care of it right away. This includes putting in maintenance requests. The maintenance team is also quite efficient at getting things done.

Some neighbors can be quite noisy, in the middle of the night and also super early in the morning. I have lost sleep over this unfortunately. However, after living in apartments for over 15 years, I know that this issue can arise in any complex. I suspect that apartments closer to NAU will have this issue a lot more.
All in all, I do like where I live, and I would recommend it to a friend.

The rent is definitely on the cheaper side especially for flagstaff, but you're probably better off paying the extra $100 for something better. There is a cares team, and their job is to promote "a sense of community" by giving out hot cocoa or ice cream or bbqs etc. I personally would rather have cheaper rent. The apartments aren't the best, when we moved in, some of the floor boards underneath the carpet were broken (and you could see it quite obviously), the tub flooded, and other random ...
things didn't work. I'm sure it's not their fault, but we can hear our upstairs neighbors walking all night. And a few weeks ago, I was leaving for work at 7:20 in the morning, and they were putting cement on the only way out for 6 apartments! Thanks for the warning management! Also, there are 2 people in the front office, Morgan and Rebecca I believe. Morgan is super friendly and smiley but literally never gets anything done. We complained to her about the same issue about half a dozen times and all she did was make false promises which was pretty irritating.. The other front office person, Rebecca, is hardly there. Also pretty irritating. There's a pool, but in Flagstaff it's hardly ever warm enough to go in. I think the pool is open 4 months out of the year. It's also under a tree, so it stays pretty cold and is usually dirty with stuff from the tree. We've had a few inspections to "fix" things in the apartment, but everything seems to stay broken. If you're looking for a just a roof over your head for under a grand a month, you'll find that here, but I wouldn't expect much else. Talking to some of the residents, apparently they've never seen anyone renew their lease either. Wish someone would've told me this stuff before I moved in.. Great place to learn your lesson about the lack of tenant rights though. Also, you should know that in the lease, it states you must give 2 MONTHS notice to move out. Sheesh!

Country club vista is a great apartment for a very reasonable price especially in Flagstaff. It's a quiet neighborhood and very safe. They have a pool open in the summer and a cares team that does special things for the residents here and there like serving root beer floats or hosting bbqs. And it's pet friendly! We came to Flagstaff to enjoy the wonderful weather plus all the area has to offer. We were lucky to find an apartment in Country Club Vista. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen many cabinets, nice size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. We can't fill the closets. Best of all we can walk many different trails right across the street.
Rebecca and Morgan always make us feel welcome in the office. We've enjoyed the events the care team has hosted and look forward to next month's.
