Éstos aptos son lo peor, no los recomiendo para nada, peste, cucarachas, ratones, se reportan varios problemas y nunca solucionan nada, la cocina super antigua no le cambian las resistencias de hace años, las inspecciones es por gusto, ya por último para recoger tus propios paquetes de UPS tiene que ser de 3 a 5 pm, si no es ese horario no te los entregan, y no les importa que el residente reclamó que a esa hora trabaja y nunca podrá adquirir los paquetes, y no dan respuesta de tal problema, es ...
una falta de respeto grave, y podría decir más pero para qué si al final no se resuelve nada.

Our community recently transitioned to new management on July 28, and our team is excited for the opportunity to support residents and address any outstanding concerns that may not have been resolved previously. Since taking over, we have expanded our pest-control program so that every apartment now receives monthly service, and we encourage residents to report any pest or maintenance concerns directly to the office so our team has the opportunity to investigate and assist. We understand that designated package pickup hours may not work with every resident’s schedule. Beginning September 1, the community will no longer accept resident packages in the office, and deliveries will instead be directed to residents’ apartments.
