      Management has to be one of the best in the area. They are both proactiove and responsive. Maintenance requests are almost always taken care of in one day. The property is clean and neat. I have my own entrance so there are no hallway issues. Parking is near my door. Feels like home. Would not choose to live anywhere else.

      I’ve been living in my one bedroom going or four or five years. And I enjoy my home to the point I want to upsize the management has been great. Maintenance has been great any time I enter a request maintenance handles it. Within a timely manner management is always having some small. Events for tenants to come out to even if I don’t attend. The apartment areas are always clean management has been good. With communication via email or text if any changes that will occurs. My fur baby enjoys the ...

      The management is very hard to get ahold of. I’ve called numerous times and they never answer. They don’t even call back! This place is terrible. They really tolerate so much garbage too because they are never on site OR follow up with anything. Honestly, this is the last place you would want to live.

      COUNTRY HILL COMMENTS I have lived at Country Hill for fifteen years. The complex is well-managed. Having lived here so long, I believe it’s a fine apartment complex, well-designed and cared for than almost any other in the city. I live in a one-bedroom apartment but the complex also has larger apartments. My apartment is on the ground floor with a patio entrance. The building has apartment upstairs as well. There are eight apartments in my building so it isn’t as busy as in some complexes. ...
      We have a self-service laundry near the leasing office and our individual mail boxes are nearby. Garages are available and there is parking by each building. My apartment is spacious for one or two people and it has its own heating and air-conditioning systems. Located in northeast Cedar Rapids, many stores (Target, etc.), businesses and eateries are nearby. I wouldn’t live anywhere else in the city. C.H. 3/11/21.
