This review is solely about management communication. I received a 30-day notice today. When I called I was told that there was no reason for the notice, Carol just decided not to renew the month to month lease. My rent is paid on time, no disturbance complaints and no damage to the property. She said they have the right to not renew if they choose for no specific reason. I just want to send a warning to potential tenants to beware, when searching for a place to live, you may want to opt for a ...

place that gives some consideration to others. It may be worth it to pay more rent somewhere else than to potentially end up unexpectedly homeless for "no reason". I am currently consulting an attorney and this will be posted on every site that I can find. I am also submitting to CBS2. People need to be made aware of this.

It's a comfortable place to come home to after a long day at work. You even have a balcony outside for when you want company or just to be able to sit outside and enjoy the stars at night.The kitchen is also a fair size with a fair amount of space to put all your supplies in. The ac and heat work. The place isn't too horrible and you get quite a bit of space. As long as you don't mind constantly cleaning because of the bugs. As long as you clean a lot the bugs aren't too bad. No dishwashers or washer/dryers in unit. The community is pretty nice and friendly and the office is pretty good. The only really bad part is the bugs.

This apartment complex is so quiet. Never any trouble. It's like a small community. The people here are very nice and respectful. These one bedroom apartments are very spacious (you should see how big the closet is). The grounds are kept clean. Parking spaces also available. Laundry room has washers and dryers that work very good. I really enjoy living here and do not plan to move any time soon.

First let me say ,the apartments are perfect for seniors or small family's. All the apartments are one bed room,but very spacious. The kitchen is perfect for two cooks at a time and the bathroom is spacious for two to groom at a time.The grounds are well maintained, along with the recreation room and pool area. There's always something going on, cook out, easter egg hunt, and senior exercise classes. The staff and my neighbors make it home for me.

I am a single mom. I just got divorce .it was bad and ugly divorce. I have no were to go with my daughter, since I have bad credit and all the apartment I applied for said no . they said yes . the management help me to not be on the streets with my daughter. I appreciate them so much. they helped me by putting roof on top of our heads.
