Everything is just wrong here Apartments on the inside haven’t been touched or updated in who knows how long this is the 2nd time in 8 years they are doing the outside. We’ve had a nonstop roach infestation on and off for the past four years when we moved in we had none at all. Also, you have to fight corporate to get anything done properly in the apartment and nobody cares about your well-being in your apartment as long as you’re paying your rent.

I emailed them regarding cockroaches and was assured that they were not in the building I would live. What a crock! Within a week they were everywhere and even crawling on me. The exterminator was there so often that I knew him better than mgmt. when I left there were still cockroaches. Also every time it rained the water cascaded down the window and ruined the rug. This was fix 2 days before I moved.

It's okay... The laundry rooms are outdated, and the machines are always breaking down and outdated. No incentives for living on the property for over a year or longer. The doors and windows don't keep the heat in during the winter nor help keep it cool during the summer with the AC on.

There was a massive leak in my apartment kitchen the day I moved in, visible and dripping from the ceiling, along with extensive staining and bubbling from previous leaks. It was right next to the welcome box, so I’m not sure why it wasn’t dealt with before.
There are still large brown stains on the ceiling.
Lots of bugs. Cockroaches especially.
Old and unkept buildings slapped with cheap carpet with lots of exposed nails. Mold in the bathroom. Kitchen and bathroom were both extremely ...

Worse than you’d think, based on the price tag!
There was a massive leak in my apartment the day I moved in, visible and dripping water, and the staff set up a welcome box right next to it without calling maintenance or alerting me.
There are still large brown stains on the ceiling.
It was very, very difficult to get keys and I was told to sign the same paper multiple times, resulting in me missing weeks of mail. We had to ask 3 separate times for mailbox keys!
In general, the office is very ...
difficult to communicate with. They will give you incorrect information and are incredibly hateful. I was screamed at by the property manager in my own apartment on move-in day.
Lots of bugs. Cockroaches especially.

We moved in early April - we were very excited as the layout was pretty decent, a little tight, but good for the price. Sarah was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process of getting moved in as we were on a time limit. Nice area of Tulsa to live in and the neighbors I have met are very friendly. Depending on which unit you’re in, parking can be a pain. In the first week of living here there were a couple of issues. There were fleas, the bathroom “hardwood” had an air bubble under ...
it, the bathtub is sunken in so the water does not drain completely, the wall surrounding the shower head was missing, tacks sticking up out of the carpet before the trim into the kitchen, the toilet was wobbly, and every single door in the apartment is not aligned properly so they get stuck when trying to open or close. Every issue was at least addressed & a majority were resolved. A few weeks go by and we start noticing roaches and gnats. The roaches have only gotten worse since living here and I keep my home IMMACULATE. I see 2 a day now if not more. The paperwork they give you when you move in specifically says “Pest Control: every Wednesday” but they said they spray ONE building every Wednesday. In the last month there have been 2 leaks. One over our bed and the other over the cabinet in our bathroom. The leak over our bed has been an ongoing issue since June 27th that they’ve been trying to rule out the cause of. Once they thought they had it figured out they plastered and painted over the crack in the roof. That’s not going to fix the mold on the other side in my opinion. I don’t feel that I’ve made unreasonable requests and they don’t seem sympathetic at all. I pay rent early every month, I keep my place clean, and we’re quiet. I left a 5 star review previously because in the beginning they were very attentive to our requests but the major issues like bugs and leaks have been pushed to the back burner. And if that’s not the case, then they seriously lack in communication.

I love that we're nestled in a little patch of forest in the middle of Tulsa. It's very near the Saint Francis Hospital which is nice if you have work in the area. The only drawback of that is that there are sirens all the time. Also, for a time, we had an infestation of roaches that we beat with glue traps and roach bait traps. They don't spray for bugs except once a year. They're pretty quick to assist you with maintenance problems. They have a phone answering service for after-hours but that's ...

My cozy home is a perfect representation of who i am. Everything is as I dream from my bedroom decorated with my personal art stash along with the nice sized closet in the hall . The kitchen that shows my love for culinary arts and my love of storage in the pantry . The living room that is fun and inviting yet simple. Last but most definitely not the least my balcony where i enjoy my quiet neighborhood while drawing or painting.
