Terrible Management, Terribly Mantained Homes

The management here is very lazy. Don't count on them to help you in any shape or form. They just want your money. Also, the yards are terrible, they're just a 4'x6' rectangle of concrete. And the homes have a terrible odor when first moving in. I still can't get the stench out of my closet. Can't wait to move out of here.

Although we did not rent the apartment, Amy was helpful and kind with the entire process. The apartments are being well maintained and are a good option for renters in McMinnville.
