Clean and Quiet :)

Honestly a breath of fresh air especially compared to my last living situation. Have seen a grand total of 2 bugs in my 4 months here which is such a relief. Only complaint is the resident parking situation, but a very small price to pay for such a nice complex. The staff are very kind (Especially Charmaine!) and responsive, and the maintenance team if super efficient. Overall awesome place to live!

I’m so Happy Here…

I just moved to Country Place and I’m already loving it here. My new apartment was exactly what I was looking for and more. Charmaine has been awesome through my family’s entire transition and she was very informative. The staff is also great here as well.

Towing Harassment
January 6, 2021
Every night residents are harassed by mistakingly having their cars towed. This has happened on numerous occasions. Even if you have the proper sticker in your window you still may be towed. Being hounding every single night has made me feel very uncomfortable. Only problem I had was this one yet I am still debating moving. Miss work numerous times having to drive to Gaithersburg and deal with the same problem.

The towing company takes photographs of all cars before towing to ensure that proper, and valid, documentation is in place. New to Country Place

I just moved in and this has been the best apt management I ever delt with! Charmaine was wonderful, she has a genuine heart for people. She made sure my family and I was taken care of in a great and timely dashing with the whole processes, really making this the best move I ever done! The apt is bueatiful and the staff is pleasant. I’m looking forward to living here. Just note I never do reviews but they truly deserve it.

Pleasant and Comfortable

A great place to live with an atmosphere of comfort/peacefulness. I love where I live. A very nice community to live in; along with great apartment staff. A great place for young adults, older couples and to start or raise a family. Easy access to the shopping center, restaurants and beltway. A nice swimming pool with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas which makes it even that much more comfortable. If you want the feel of comfort, this is the place to call home.
