I get that it’s “pet friendly” and I know there will be pet noises. Unfortunately, our ignorant neighbor leaves her dog alone a lot so it’s barking for hours almost everyday. Management has ignored our complaints so don’t move here if you don’t like constant barking!

As a six year resident of Country Ridge, there's no denying how much I love it!
The Management/Leasing Staff runs a tight but enjoyable ship, always on point with what a resident wants or needs. I always feels I'm part of a very friendly and compassion family as Kayla and Michelle ensure my happiness.
The Maintenance Staff responds to work orders promptly and all while being knowledgeable, respectful and caring professionals. Matt and Dustin are simply the best!

This place is great for students with roommates. If you have 2 to 4 people living together it is definitely affordable for college students. The office is great at responding and helping out. Its located close enough to SVSU that it is an easy commute, but far enough out that its not mostly students. Its clean, and the apartments are really nice.

Country Ridge Townhomes is a great place to live. Good location: 5-10 minutes away from most everything (stores, restaurants, gas stations, grocery, etc). Nice complex: they provide breakfast for residents every Wednesday, have a work out room, nice pool, nice play yard for children, etc. The maintenance workers are excellent and have answered our requests immediately: either the day of or the next day. Typical of most town home living, you sometimes hear "thumps" from neighbors on shared walls, ...
but overall not very noisy. The complex is also in the process of updating the homes with new windows, patios, siding, etc, so it is getting even nicer. We started out only signing a 3 month lease, but we liked it so much that we signed another 12+ month lease. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The staff really go out of their way to take care of residents and make everyone’s experience here pleasant & enjoyable.

I've been living here about 16 months now and just love it. The staff is friendly and just like family. The neighbors are easy to get along with as well. Staff truly cares about your questions and concerns. Only problem is trying to get the owners to do some building updates to keep costs of bills down, such as new windows and insulation to lower heating and cooling bills. We were promised new windows when we first moved in and the owners have since reneged. Overall, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the place. ...
