Highly recommend
December 3, 2021I'll start by saying Penny is an awesome manager. She's very personable, always up for a chat, and responsive to tenants' concerns. She definitely has an open door policy. My neighbors were great, very friendly people as well. It's very quiet there despite being close to main street, with only the occasional emergency vehicle being noticeable. One can hear through the walls sometimes, but that really just comes with the territory of apartment living. When we had a heavy snow the parking lot was ...plowed as quickly as could be expected under the circumstances, but we were given reasonable notice before we had to move our vehicles. When it was time to do so everyone pitched in to help with shovelling out cars, which says alot about the community there. While there my toilet had (unbeknownst to me) started leaking into the apartment below. The manager was on site to personally identify the problem, and when it was determined had a plumber fix it the next day. My one and only gripe was that for awhile the trash dumpsters were continuously filled to the brim. Renovating contractors had been dumping large and heavy items into the dumpsters, leaving them full for days instead of having it removed immediately. That being only a temporary problem, I really can't complain too much. All said I would definitely recommend these apartments if you want a place in Dover.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Lousy lawn service
May 31, 2018They have a lousy lawn service. They leave grass on the sidewalks. They leave massive clumps of grass every time they mow. The grassy area behind H building looks like a hayfield. I emailed the property manager and shared photos with her. She told me to stop emailing her that the lawn service is doing a great job. She is very rude!!!!!Property Manager Responded
February 26, 2019I'm sorry to hear you were upset with the lawn care this past season. The wet weather played a major factor in the time lapse of mowing, causing the extra grass clippings. Hopefully this years warmer season will allow for more frequent mowing. Thank you Country Squire Management
