  • Great place to live.

    Living at Country View Garden Apartments in North Fort Myers is a great experience. The neighbors are respectful and kind. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help, and the maintenance team is quick to respond and keeps everything running smoothly. The living area is peaceful, well-kept, and feels like home. I truly enjoy being part of this community—it’s a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

  • Nice place, old but well kept

    I’ve been living at this complex for 3+ years now, it is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Office staff are nice and maintenance is good. Overall I can’t complain for what I am paying for

    Do not recommend for way to many reasons to mention …. But especially the amount of cockroaches that are in the units. No matter how clean you are. They’re always there. Not to mention that the price they are asking absolutely does NOT reflect the value of these apartments. Way out dated, no washer/dryer in units. You can get a luxury apartment on pine island road for the same price. Staff acts like you’re renting from the Ritz Carlton. Absolutely ridiculous.

  • Perfect

    This complex is nice! The units are so spacey and the environment is nice well kept and put together and quiet. Our neighbors are so welcoming and nice. The lady’s in the leasing office are nothing but great they so super helpful with any and everything. If we had any issues that need to be resolved in our unit (hardly anything) the staff are so quick to get it done . The maintenance men are amazing as well. Overall you’ll love this community . We moved here in may 2022 and we love absolutely ...

    Rent is more than reasonable. Grounds are nice maintenance staff is good pool is very nice and heated but a big negative is the laundry facility machines are always broken the machine to add money on your laundry card has lots of issues. Also none of the staff live on the grounds anymore.
