Go across the street
July 29, 2025AC has constantly went out since living here. They always say it needs Freon and then leave. Then it may work for a month or so and go out again. My A/C has been out now for over a week and my 1 year old daughter is sweating in her sleep with a fan on. When I call and ask on the status of the repair. They say they’ll ask maintenance and get back to me. Wouldn’t move here and I’m leaving once my lease is over.Review from Apartments.com
Look for a Different Apartment Managed Poorly
May 3, 2025I swapped my renters insurance and was charged extra a couple of months because they thought I didn't have it. When I went to show proof of insurance they said they could waive the current month and not the past ones. When I ask why the Property manager said it was because she called multiple times but I never received a call. As I was walking out she was arguing with me and all I said was "you didn't call me" angrily twice and she followed me out and she said "I wont be waiving this months ...charge." Way to be petty. Don't move in management lies about everything
October 30, 2024I have lived here for a long time and managers only last about a year the one here lies about everything our lights under the carports went out again last time for 6 months went to office and manager said it's not a safety issue it is when bare wires are not connected to anything.i put work order for lock to be fixed they turned it In as fixed they never came pot holes in middle of street and they say it's the other property road. Worst apartments don’t fall for it
August 24, 2023Super friendly and nice when they want you to move in. When you try to move out? Good luck. Gave me the run around on my notice to vacate. Now I owe another month of their ridiculously priced month to month. I won't even be there the full month and they still expect me to pay a full month's rent. Say they can't prorate it. These people are money hungry and will do anything and everything to get as much out of you as they can! New management seemed good at first but the only thing that changed is ...the rent went way up. They said their own washer and dryer machines are required in every unit and that is why rent went up. I never got a set. I called multiple times and they said they would call back to make an appointment. Just save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

This is a great place to live!
May 11, 2019I have lived in many apartments by far this is the best complex I have lived in. The maintenance team is very sufficient in what they do and they respond to work orders very quickly. The office staff were very sweet and did everything for me as quickly as possible to get me moved in. They really did make it feel like home. They also have resident events which most apartment complexes don't do that. This is a very pet friendly community they do have breed restrictions and weight restrictions like ...most communities but they allow dogs under 60 lbs. So glad I was able to bring TMAC with me! This place is a great place to live. I would recommend this to everyone that is looking for a place to call home.Property Manager Responded
