    The location of these apartments is great, and you really can't go wrong being that close to spaghetti works. It is a really cool brick building, which is the kind of thing that I am into as well.

    The apartment itself is convenient for its location; close walking distance to bars/restaurants, the farmers markets, and various events in the summer. Management though is unorganized and hard to get ahold of; I’ve contacted them about packages stolen outside my door and the building has no security to verify who took them. The police have additionally been called here multiple times in the last year for domestic fights and vandalism. If you are looking to be close downtown, I’d look for another ...

    I am on the hunt for a new place to live with my family, and I called Court Ave to schedule a showing at 10:00 in the morning we booked almost two weeks in advance, I called a few time's and we waited for 20 minutes for someone to show up and they never did, I called on Monday hoping to reschedule considering maybe something happened to the leasing agent, never got a call back. So what did I do? I called on Tuesday still hoping someone would get back to me, because me and my husband were trying ...
    to narrow down our final picks, this would have been my top pick to live had someone called me back at some point in time. I'm writing this review as of Wednesday morning. Otherwise looking at the place it looks great.
