November 18, 2024I became a new resident to Courtney Bend in August, since the first time I walked in the door to ask about my renting options, I've felt at home. I've found the management and maintenance staff to be very friendly and helpful. My apartment was spotless and in pristine condition on my move in date, and I have yet to encounter any issues with my unit. The property of CB is gorgeous, from the beautiful palm trees to the luxurious pool I swear i feel like I go on a mini vacation every time I layout! ...I highly recommend CB as a safe, clean, and beautiful place to live!Property Manager Responded

October 1, 2024I’ve been moved in since June and there are still things they said they would fix from the maintenance list and yet things are still left undone. They have a lack of follow through and tend to wait til the last minute to get things done. I should of known from the 1st day when we came to sign the lease and the apartment was still not ready that things weren’t going to go well with this establishment. September 18, 2024Love the apartment, quiet. Unhappy about roach problem kitchen n bathroom. Bad lighting entrance hallway overhead lightbulbs need replacement as do lower walkway lights I am new tenant so have not experienced the pool, computer room or any other things offered Mail room easy access When security gate is back in operation, I’m sure that will be nice. As for now we or anyone can enter property at any time Office staff very helpful and friendly. Maintenance I have not had any experience with ...them. Again, new resident and hopeful they will be available and timely with requests in portal writing. September 15, 2024Not the best place to live. The gate hasn’t worked, so there’s a lack of safety. And there are tons of spiders hanging every morning. Repairs do not get completed, so don’t bother asking.Review from Apartments.com
