So close to everything!

This review is way overdue. I’ve lived at Courtney Isles about 15 months (renewed my lease after a year) and have found the staff to be super helpful with packages, maintenance requests, pets, etc. Very kind overall. Also love the pool & resident socials they put on. Best of all, you are close to both lots of stores & only a few miles from the beach!

Courtney Isles is a quiet and beautiful apartment community, close to everything - including the beach! I have lived here for a year and love it. The location is convenient for those who either need a quick trip to I-95 for work or to Amelia Island's perfect beaches on the weekend. If you prefer, you can enjoy the swimming pool here instead. I have lived at Courtney Isles for just over a year. It's a great complex, super accessible to everything you need in your daily life (Publix, Target, etc.), and great if you are a pet owner. There are plenty of people with dogs, so I appreciate that my two dogs are welcomed in the community. The office staff are very friendly, the maintenance team is very responsive, and the complex is well-maintained. It is a very comfortable place to be!

I have been here for over a month and did find a few flaws after a couple weeks. I alerted the front staff and the maintenance crew (great guys) came right out and started on every issue. They were completed within two weeks. The staff is "sincerely" interested in my care and I have to assume it's not just me. I just now had an issue with a bees nest next to my door. We searched a lot for apartment complex before moving in to Yulee, 2 years ago. Yulee is a great place, still developing town just off the island (Amelia island / Fernandina Beach). The safe neighborhood can give you the comfort of walking your dog early in the morning and even nightime. We have been here about three months and love it. The office staff make us feel like friends, not $ signs. Apartment is spacious and bright.
