Roaches and Terrible Management
September 1, 2021I have been living in Courtney Manor for eight months now and I can say I will not be renewing my lease. The management here is incredibly rude and they have no empathy whatsoever. The apartments are dirty on the outside and infested with roaches on the inside. My first month here I did not move in because the apartment was and currently still is untreated. They reimbursed me for the first month and promised pest control but whatever they’re doing doesn’t work because I’ve had to pay out of ...pocket multiple times to hire my own pest control. Not to mention my car being burglarized and the office is not doing anything, when I went up there to tell them they said someone would give me a call because obviously they couldn’t be bothered. I did not receive a call of course. Later my car was also damaged and I can say it cost less to pay to live somewhere more expensive rather than pay for repairs and live here. The only reason I got somewhere the first time is because I contacted corporate otherwise nothing would have been done. If you are thinking about moving here don’t. It’s not worth it even if the rent is cheaper.Property Manager Responded

Ms Walden's great but I wish we would've read the reviews sooner
August 4, 2017We originally wanted to move here. The location was close to a lot of places we were interested in. The apartment they showed us was nice and Ms. Walden was very pleasant and helped us out with the whole process. She was great! The rest of the office was not. For about 2 weeks we didn't hear from anybody. They didn't respond to my messages and I tried emailing them. As our move out date quickly approached there was nothing. My bf even called. He was hung up on. He tried calling back a few mins ...later he was put, on hold for about 15 mins so he hung up and called back again immediately...no answer! At that point we decided to read reviews. Mold and customer service complaints added to our issues so we went with another location...and guess what, just like everyone else that complained about it they kept our deposit. Wish we would've read the reviews first. $200 down the drain. I'm only giving giving the extra star for Ms. Walden. She apologized for our experience and if it wasn't for her accident I'm sure we would've been living there now. August 9, 2016WORST place ever to live. Infestation of insects and mold, management that does nothing about it and behaves as if he is paying you to live there and you have no right to ask for maintenance. Got a filthy house with both dead and live roaches, broken dishwasher, stove burners not working, doors in the apartment falling off, window screens broken! Mirror in the bathroom fell off and was held from falling by the medicine cabinet! If the manager does not like you he does not offer any assistance ...very bias and rude! The list goes on and on. September 17, 2015It's a great place to live the office staff is knowledgeable and Mgt. looks out for us. I just say with all the apartments takes a little to long to fix things not enough Maintenance workers. I'm a service connected female veteran they accommodate me. It just gets a little hard to pay my rent cause I'm still fighting the VA for monies. So I go without food by the last week of month till check comes in on the 3rd of month. My Fair Lady
September 14, 2015I have been here for 6 years now. We have a awesome variety of people. The manager Geremy is very fair to everyone. The workers come quickly and fix whatever problems the apartments have. I'm very OCD so it's very seldom I need them in my place. Most of us are family and watch after the kids. I don't have kids but the children know who Jersey is. Round the corner from NAS Military Base and Orange Park, Fl. Great restaurants for dates and families.
