Courtney Park has been a nice place to live at for these couple weeks! The central AC and in unit laundry were deal makers for us to sign the lease, but the complex is also beautiful and the maintenance and office are all quick to respond and great to talk to! So far we’ve been really happy with our choice to move here.

The management and maintenance staff at Courtney Park are responsive and quick to resolve my issues. The property is quiet, with plenty of parking, and they are very pet friendly. The location is great - within walking distance of many shopping and eating options. While the complex is older, management is working hard on upgrades, and the buildings seem well cared for. I am enjoying my time as a resident here and would recommend this property to others.

A truely nice, older apartment complex that was built was I was a child on land that we used to launch model rockets on. It is a safe place, located near two major through fares, making travel convenient.... the main office, workout facilities, gas fire pit, and pool are choice!
