Nice quiet place
July 30, 2022It's quiet, affordable (for this area), and I don't care for all the gentrification fancy bells and whistles that are a cover for insane rents and leases at other places. Plus, Courts of Madison (CoM) consist of two solid brick buildings built around the fifties, so the walls are solid and not paper thin. One can't walk down the corridors and hear what folks are watching on TV. Also, I wouldn't suggest punching a wall in this place if you're angry. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, it's ...situated in a suburban area with lots of family homes and an elementary school nearby. The stores are only a few minutes away, and so is the Metro. There's ample parking for both buildings. The 16 bus stops in front of both CoM apartment buildings, if you don't care to walk. Finally, I've been here more than six years and have yet to find a surly fellow tenant. All the tenants have been cordial if not downright friendly. I'd like to continue living here indefinitely. In closing, I'd say CoM provides solid housing value without all the overrated, overpriced gentrification frills.Property Manager Responded
