These apartments are quiet, in a safe neighborhood, and managed very efficiently. However I had so many problems when I moved in, leaking pipes, no hot water, mold in the washer, wiring that messed up outlets in my apartment (made them blow the breaker and others just didn’t work), the blinds were messed up from the jump, and the oven didn’t work. I will say they were fixed in a very efficient time and manner and the maintenance here is lovely. The staff is very kind and has helped me with all of ...

Maintenance lock Second time my front door lock has been looked at and they have done nothing. It still sometines sticks. Should not have to shake the door to lock it. Hard to lock and unlock at times, nothing has changed.

Disappointing and Frustrating Snow removal leave something to be desired. Horrible job. Now it's all ice. Very difficult to walk to your car if it's in a carport. Even worse is trying to walk to the dumpster with your trash without falling. Any work done by maintenance is substandard. Same goes with the contractors used. You get what you pay for. It's obvious the residents are not deemed worthy of having things done right. Once again, as stated before, it's management's view that as long at the ...
