gosh where do I start...?
September 11, 2020The property is safe and quiet, and neighbors keep to themselves for the most part. The staff is super friendly, don’t get me wrong. The units, though, are falling apart... From what I’m aware of, there’s only one maintenance person for 100+ units. I’m sure every apartment has their fair share of problems, but if all 100 units (or even half) had the same issues I had run across during my 2 yr lease, they’d need an army. There were literal mushrooms growing on our stairs and nothing was done about ...it for three months (essentially had to threaten them with escrow just to get them to start actually doing something about it). Because it was winter, the property manager told me and the other tenants that broken heaters at the time were a higher priority than mold dying and regrowing in our living space. But when we came to them with a broken heater issue later, it took them a week to get someone out (only to have him tinker with it for 10 minutes and tell us to turn it all the way up, hope it’s warm enough). Even if I’m wrong and there is more than one, hire MORE. I want to like living here, but since move-in day, maintenance and their efficiency has been on a consistent decline, along with the property. With our rent as high as it was, it’s not worth the trouble...Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
