Worst place to live
April 23, 2021The construction is so cheap that you can hear through walls and especially the floors. My UPSTAIRS neighbor would complain constantly about even the slightest sound. Opening the door to come in, before I even walk in, she would pound on the floor. Every. Day. Can't walk to loud without a complaint. Management does nothing to investigate. Just leave you warnings under or on your door. The place is a joke. Looks nice, but you will get to know your neighbors wither you want to or not.Review from Apartments.com
Disturbed life
February 6, 2021Never Ever think to sign a lease here, it will be a nightmare, hardwood floors are too noisy, even a simple walk will disturb the tenant down under, then the blame game will start, management will keep sending nonsense messages to tenants, instead of fixing the issue. Loud floors, hard water
November 2, 2019Laminates flooring can be nice to have but they’re awful to live under. I can very clearly hear every step my upstairs neighbors take, and when they drop something it can be quite startling. The building has issues with hard water. You’ll likely have water spots and buildup anywhere you use water. The hot water heated has stopped working twice this past year.Review from Apartments.com
