Lack of Cleanliness, Noise Control, and Lease Mismanagement

Living at Courtyard Apartments was a terrible experience. The property was constantly trashed, and management clearly didn’t care. The people above us regularly threw cigarette butts down in front of our window, and despite reaching out to management, they never responded or did anything about it.
The dog park was a mess every day—covered in trash and never properly maintained. We also had constant noise issues with the upstairs neighbors, who were always running, yelling, and letting their kids ...
throw things at our apartment. Trash was constantly left in front of our door by others, making it feel like no one enforced any rules.
We also had issues with the dishwasher that we reported but were never resolved. It ended up attracting bugs, which made things even worse. On top of that, they couldn’t get our lease right. We told them multiple times that we were only staying for 3 months, but they kept messing it up.
The staff was incredibly unprofessional throughout the entire process. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was a stressful and disappointing experience from start to finish.
