September 30, 2025The amount of times I received a 7 day notice because the misplaced my rent check is mind boggling. I was only giving checks because their payment portal kept rejecting payments, then they would charge me for the rejected payments. They say the have emergency maintenance, but good luck if you actually need them. Garbage is Constantly overflowing and it's inside the building. If you report it expect to be charged for extra garbage pickup.Review from Apartments.com
