September 17, 2024Once new management came in the prices became beyond high, i’m surprised my family can stay, let alone other families. One lady has horrible customer service on the phone. No explanation on random charges. Crime here and there around the complex. They just need to management again because this is outrageous for us.Property Manager Responded

The price isn't worth it and it keeps going up

Loved living here!
July 6, 2023My fiancé and I loved living here! Very convenient location to both downtown Salisbury and Jake. Was quiet, never had any issues at the place or in our unit. We lived in a 2 bedroom townhome and it had plenty of space. I work from home and the second room was very spacious. We used it as my home office and spare room for guests. Our unit looked newly renovated and was very clean. Lots of storage in our unit and even had a closet on our back patio. We loved spending time outside at the pool or ...sitting on our patio. Ellen was very accommodating and enjoyed working with her. Paying our rent and water was very easy online. Very satisfied after 2 years!
June 7, 2020I spent 2 years in one of the townhomes at the Courtyard and enjoyed it from day 1. The staff new me personally on a first name basis and any maintenance needs were addressed in a very quick manner. I felt very comfortable reaching out to both Ellen and Edward. The townhome was renovated prior to me moving in and they did a great job updating - the floors are beautiful. The dog park was an added little bonus. Management is on their toes!
September 25, 2015The management team does a good job of fielding complaints and taking care of items such as mattresses by the garbage bins that the garbage men won't take, abandoned cars in the parking lot, writing up work orders for the maintenance crew, etc. Maintenance crew is fast at fixing clogged dryer vent, dripping water faucet, leaky dishwasher, etc. We have been here a year and just renewed for another year. July 21, 2015Apartments are clean, with washer/dryer hookups (rentals avaiable through Fisher Realty), 2 bed 1 1/2 bath large enough bedrooms for king or queen size bed. Large living room space. Brand new double paned windows just put in last week in our building. Managers are easy to talk to, listen and maintenance is very quick to solve problems (leaks, dryer vent clogs, etc). Dog waste pick up stations are all around the complex. Apartments are clean, well insulated (now that the new windows are in ...place), and 3 ceiling fans help keep apartment cool during hot (99 or 100 degree F.) summer days.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
