Great Apartment!
April 25, 2017I moved here in January, 2016. I live on the second floor and face the lake. The stairs coming up from the parking lot are not steep and very easy to climb. I have a 2 br/ 2 ba and all the rooms are very comfortable and open. Great washer/dryer room! I was so surprised to find so much room for storage in all of the closets! The outside patio is quite large and that storage unit holds quite a bit. The walls seem quite solid..very rarely do I hear upstairs neighbors! It's quiet in this ...complex. We have new Property Management and they have really been proactive with making the necessary changes to improve this property. This will definitely show with the parking lot. Really nice changes have already begun with the landscaping. Looking great! I especially want to acknowledge and thank the staff. Manager, Kris; Leasing Agent, Tracy; Assistant Manager, Kerry and Maintenance..Willmar (Kemp). They have been great to me and have really gone out of their way to assist me with any concerns and issues which I have had regarding my apt and parking space. Cove West is in a great location and close to everything! I love my apt and plan on staying here for quite awhile.Property Manager Responded

Huge Disappointment
November 28, 2016I've lived at Cove West for 3 years. Under previous management I rated them highly, but recently the management changed. The new management staff are rude, unorganized, and give conflicting information. The cost of utilities has gone up and the monthly hard copy bill doesn't match the online portal, so you have to check both to find out how much you really owe. Since Cove West was bought my experience has significantly degraded. I strongly recommend renting elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
Worth it!
August 26, 2015The rent amount is not cheap but it was worth it. The unit is large enough, it has in-house washer and dryer and my rent includes free cable. Staff are friendly and they respond to maintenance immediately. They even call you to check if the service provided by the repair guys are satisfactional to your request and expectation. In terms of the area, it's close to my office, grocery stores, restaurants, movie house and shopping stores. I often run around the area and I feel safe.Review from Apartments.com

EXCELLANT Place to live
August 14, 2015Cove West Apartments are a great community to live in, friendly staff, excellent location and very clean grounds. I have been here for 3 yrs and its the staff that keeps me renting. Maintenance staff is very trustworthy, and Ryan and the ladies in the office are so great, always having time to say hello and knows you by your name. The pool is always clean and the lake is so nice to...I walk 5miles a day and love the picture view of the complex.Review from Apartments.com
