Management staff very poor and unprofessional
February 28, 2025We had an apartment tour here setup at a specific time with the property manager (which the manager setup), and they went on lunch break and “had to pick up their daughter from school” at that exact time. No communication about leaving and when she would be back. We waited for 20 minutes for her to come back, and we just gave up and left. Very nice looking apartments, but not worth the poor management. If they can’t cooperate with potential new tenants, living here has to be way worse. Very poor
August 22, 2024Been living here for 2 months. The pictures above and on website is not how all apartments look. Apartments are also built poorly. Have had the AC broken beginning of July, and just got it fixed beginning of August. Their solution was to add a small window unit which could only cool down 1 bedroom. Had a small flood from a busted pipe that required them to do some construction that led to drywall dust all in the apartment and garage. No body cleaned up. They required to have 2 dehumidifiers ...running 24 hours for weeks which doubled my electric bill for the month. They claim they cannot assist to pay a portion even though I could have turned them off and let the floor stay wet. The flood caused the floor to warp, and you call feel it at all times when walking. Dumpsters are always full. You will be charged $50 if they find any trash even if it was caused by others. There is always trash around the dumpster so not sure if they are selectively charging people. I say that because everyone living here must already been charged multiple times because there is trash at all times lined up waiting for the dumpster to be empty out. Office workers are unsympathetic, not understanding, and not helpful. Seems they are just there to be there. I have emailed and talked to the ladies in the office, and they are not able to give me upper managements contact. Terrible experience with the management staff
August 12, 2024Unfortunately, our experience trying to rent an apartment here was extremely negative. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Every time we approached the office to ask questions or resolve issues, we were met with disgusted looks and a clearly hostile attitude. Instead of helping us, it seemed like they just wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible. It's disappointing that a place that should be interested in attracting new tenants treats people this ...way. In the end, we decided to look elsewhere because we didn't want to deal with this level of disrespect. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone.Property Manager Responded
