Don't do this to yourself. It is awful here
July 19, 2024I moved in at the end of May this year. At first when you are signing your lease the people in the office are really nice until you sign your lease and then they treat you like you are a nuisance and don't want to be bothered by you. They make it completely clear how very little they actually care. I was shown an apartment when I was shopping for an apartment and was shown a remodeled nice apartment like you see in the pictures online. I was told the apartment I was getting was exactly the ...same with the exception that I would not have a washer and dryer. The apartment I got had a toilet that did not flush which was fixed by a great maintenance team quickly. However I have an Arcadia door that's handle was falling off and after fixing the Handel the door now does not close all the way and the kitchen and bathroom have extremely low end cabinets that were painted with paint that peels off when putting anything on top of them. I have had 2 boys that asked me to buy what appeared to be stolen jewelry. I said I was not interested, next day they came back and I said no again and told them not to come back because I don't carry cash and was not interested. They then started harassing me. They pound on my door randomly hard enough to dent the door and run away, they throw rocks at my door and run away and honestly I feel my safety is being threatened and I called the cops and they can't do anything until I buy a camera to be able to identify them. However there should be some security to ensure the safety of the residents that live here. There aren't any. There's really nothing they can do to keep you safe living here. The amenities like a jacuzzi hot tub doesn't have hot water in it and the jets shoot out nasty yucky grime. Clearly not maintained. We pay for these amenities in the rent however they are not maintained and the pool is always discolored and unusable. They've shown no real interest in fixing the problem and yet you have to pay separately in you rental agreement for these things to be maintained including the water to keep it filled however it is unusable.
