Poor Maintenance
October 31, 2023Lived here for almost 2 years now & maintenance has constantly been an issue to get in contact with. Had (& continue to have) several issues that I was told would be fixed & days to weeks go by til I have to call again and again to finally get ONE project fixed. For the amount of rent I pay I think it’s very absurd and frustrating.Property Manager Responded

Avoid - Internet service issues
February 1, 2017Constantly having trouble with keeping connections to the internet. It is not uncommon to have several days with no service every 3 or 4 months. The complex usually has no updates for when service will be restored and can only refer you to the provider who is equally frustrating to deal with. We have yet to be reimbursed for the lack of services. Take this in consideration and imagine not having your internet for a few days as you get ready to cut that expensive check for rent.Review from Apartments.com
