Waste of Money

The office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They do not keep proper records. They overcharge by ridiculous amounts. Especially when you move out. If your apartment is anything less than immaculate, you will be charged an excessive amount of fees. Maintenance does not work towards fixing any problems. The front office is extremely nice and has offered the best service I have had in apartment living. The apartments speak for themselves love the color scheme and layouts. I give this property a 9 out of 10 only because the appliances could use updating!

September 24, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI have only lived here a couple of months but I really like living here. The price is decent for Lake County and the area is nice. I often get off of work at midnight, so feeling safe walking at night is a priority. I was very happy that the parking lot is well lite at night so I feel safe walking to my building. Management has been very helpful with making sure we got all the paperwork together and got it in on time! When we had problems registering with the system they allowed us to use their ...office computer! The one work order I put through was done the next day. I have had good experiences with the other tenants too! Possible down sides: There are buildings with dogs so there is plenty of barking in the morning and early evening. Occasionally I've heard people arguing on their cell phones outside at various hours. The neighborhood is next to a lake/marsh, meaning lots of mosquitoes. And there is not a lot within walking distance, except a CVS and a gas station. Plus the breed restrictions for dogs include some common breeds, like German Shepherds.Read More

It's located in a very nice neighborhood and neighbors are friendly. For the price it's actually amazing with the amount of square footage that the apartments are equipped for! My wife, daughter, and I moved in back in August of 2014, we were abit skeptical about the place since it was our very first apartment. After weeks of living here we knew that it was a great place and decision for our family to live here. It is very peaceful, we love the environment, the area and our privacy. Never have I ever heard any complaints from our neighbors. The staff is very helpful and friendly. ...They always go above and beyond to get you settled when you're moving in. Once you're moved in you can always give them a call with any concerns or maintanence request with the apartment, they make sure to get your answers or concerns resolved. The staff always keep everyone updated with news, changes, and maintenance renovations. They have a club house, along with a pool and a work out area, which they always keep clean and loiter free. Overall I can honestly say that if you want to live in a great neighborhood and great area, Coventry Glen is a place to live in.Read More

Has an wonderful view of wetlands and is close to two metro stations for easy access into the city. The units are large, with open floor plans. Lots of windows for natural light and have attached patios. When I have an issue with something, I call and it's taken care of the same day, or I'm given a time frame for the work to be done. The ...maintenance people are courteous and neat. I have a pet and they make sure that he does not get out of the apartment.
