I’ve lived here for a little over a year now and I can’t say enough nice things about the staff. The property is well maintained the grounds are clean. Hidden Gem
June 26, 2018I have been here since May 2016 and just renewed my lease for another year. Office staff is great. They are always nice and even if there's a delay they make sure to keep you informed. The maintenance staff is awesome. They are cool guys and always make sure any issue get handled asap. The community it self is top notch. Everyone I've met is nice. There has not once been a noise issue. It's clean, well kept. The pool just got some new furniture and it looks cool. The pool itself is perfect. The ...gym is updated and well kept. We are in a great location. I love it here!
February 17, 2016I've been at Coventry Park for almost 2 years and all I can say is that I am impressed with how things are taken care of and how I am treated by the staff. The landscaping on the property is gorgeous and it doesn't make you feel like you're in a business park which to me is another perk. The staff is always attentive to our needs and gets things fixed rather quickly. Oh and having the major highways near us makes trips to downtown or St. Augustine a breeze! Love my new place!
July 21, 2015I moved in a few months ago to Coventry Park and couldn't be happier. I drove 8 hours on my move day, so as you could imagine, I was tired and just a wee bit stressed. The staff was excellent and made the process so easy for me. They even offered me popcorn and a bottle of water (I just love little things like this). I signed the paper work and received the keys to my new home. I highly recommend living here and plan to stay for years to come. Coventry Park is the best choice
August 9, 2015I have been living at coventry park apartment for a year and have never been happier with my choice. I signed my second year lease without any hesitation. The location of the apartment is ideal for those that desire to be right in the middle of exciting activities near the Deer wood area. My apartment layout features a screened patio that is very spacious and is able to hold my full size stationary bike on one side and my stereo setup on the other side. There is still enough room for my husband ...to jump rope and I can practice yoga in the middle. The master bedroom is big enough to fit my queen-size bed that has a massive headboard with an outward footboard right next to my custom glass 7ft floor lamp and my 6x3.5 dresser with so much room to walk around everything without having to turn sideways. The entire kitchen is upgraded with updated appliances and about 3/4 the size of the master bedroom. The living room currently holds my 7-seat sectional, my computer desk, DVD collection, and my tv with room to participate with my Shawn T insanity DVDs. The bathroom is definitely one of fav areas. The garden size bathtub compliments the deep size sink and the 2-sided walk-in closet currently holding 4 of my full size storage bins. I definitely plan to stay with this apartment for good and I do not hesitate to try to recruit coworkers or friends to move in or at least inquire about all of the great features.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
