I would rate this one star. My husband stayed in an apartment unit for over one year and moved out recently due to job issue (almost two months ago). We cleaned up the apartment and handed over the key to the rental office on a workday as requested. We were told that the key had to be returned to the rental office on a workday without exceptions. fine, we accept it. After moving out, we received a Move Out Statement with zero balance. Now we received a notification from a debt collector, said my husband still owed some money to the apartment. In fact, we never received any billing statement from the rental office after moving out. my husband paid the rental in time every month during his stay. After we received the debt collector's statement, we called the rental office many times and returned no response by now. The debt collector keep sending us statement with interest charge. My phone calls to the rental office were hung up three time without saying a word. It's really rude. the rental office manager answered my phone call finally and told me that she needed to check the account (told me that two times). and returned no answer for over a week. horrible experience!!
