Vehicle break-ins, vandalism, grand theft auto
June 10, 2022The lack of security at this complex is astonishing — and management’s lack of action and care for the issue is even more so. My motorcycle was stolen from this complex. There was a big non-response from staff until the police started to ask them to review security footage — and all they did was call to ask me if I could get a different officer signed to the case because they didn’t have time to go through the security footage like they were asked. They have plenty of time to make for fliers ...for pi day, though. People have had their cars broken into. The vandalism near my building is astonishing. I’ve never seen so many trees and saplings just… snap in half. I’ve seen cake smashed on walls, heaps of trash abandoned in parking spaces. Despite all of this, I haven’t seen a single thing to enhance security or prevent these things from happening. Not one thing. They installed a “miniature golf course”. And they will text you 5 times about PI day, or s’more night at the cabana. But NOTHING has been done to prevent the issues like vandalism, vehicle break-ins, grand theft auto, littering, and people not cleaning up after their pets. Literally the only highlight of this complex is the maintenance staff. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. I only wish the office staff and management were the same.Property Manager Responded

Not so happy
May 12, 2022If you’re looking for an apartment complex that will go above and beyond to make you happy this isn’t the place for you. I wouldn’t make the my first option but if you can’t find anything else this will be okay. When I saw the model I was excited but the only thing in my apartment that looks similar to it is the kitchen. I thought it would be more “luxury” but it isn’t. Especially the restoom. They don’t fix things they just rig it and cover it up. For the price it isn’t worth it. I find things ...every day that had just been covered or rigged. But one thing I love is how quiet my building is. The apartments have potential and they could be beautiful if it was someone that’s willing to put the work in but they do the minimum and is asking for a lot of money for what they offer in my opinion. When I moved here there was little things I wanted and they simple declined and offered to let me out of my lease. I wish I could be happier here. I had bigger hopes.Property Manager Responded

Beware of move charges office manager Liar
October 21, 2019My husband and I moved out six months the day I moved out the office manager came to view the office said the apartment was clean we owned nothing. I turned in the keys update my new address and did not update my phone number it’s the same. Now night months later I get a letter from a collection agency request I pay for what I don’t know I called collect agent left message. Beware of the lies.Property Manager Responded

A little sad
November 10, 2015I have lived here over 3 years. every coming to a new season no matter what it is they water the grass beyond watering. I can't ever take my dogs out with out them getting full of mud. It's early November getting cold at 1am in the morning when I get home, I can't take my dogs out... It's like this every night. I'm sure the city has a law against watering this much in one place this much within a days time. The grass is not growing any better by this much watering. Please fix I'm sure that I'm ...not the only one who lives here that unsatisfied. August 11, 2015great apartments in a great surrounding area!! The apartments are well maintained and fairly priced. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. PET FRIENDLY! Plenty of grassy area between buildings and even a dog park where residents gather with their pups in the evening. Two beautiful pools and a hot tub. Covered parking and garages are available. The surrounding area has everything you could ever need just a minute's drive away. From fast food, to dine in, to bars and places to shop, ...including a super target almost across the street. August 5, 2015Apts are newly remodeled. They're large enough yet cozy.Kitchen is modern looking with black marble counter tops very nice modern sprayer faucet grey and black glass black-splash. Appliances aren't stainless they are black but they are full sized and new. Black looks good with everything else. Floors are wood laminate but looks good and easy to maintain . Laminate throughout except in bedroom where a good natural color carpet feels good on your bare feet.Love the size of my closet. Bathroom not ...overly large but not small. Again wood laminate floors black marble counter tops Fiixtures could have been improved on bathtub but sink was and looks good. Grounds are landscaped very good. I have rose bushes instead of hedges looks good and smells great! Two different but both great pools. Outdoor kitchen on one indoor kitchen on other both with outdoor cookers. State of art exercise room-dog park- playground- picnic area car wash -trash at door. Need I say more? Been here many years.
