The lack of security at this complex is astonishing — and management’s lack of action and care for the issue is even more so.
My motorcycle was stolen from this complex. There was a big non-response from staff until the police started to ask them to review security footage — and all they did was call to ask me if I could get a different officer signed to the case because they didn’t have time to go through the security footage like they were asked. They have plenty of time to make for fliers
...for pi day, though.
People have had their cars broken into.
The vandalism near my building is astonishing. I’ve never seen so many trees and saplings just… snap in half. I’ve seen cake smashed on walls, heaps of trash abandoned in parking spaces.
Despite all of this, I haven’t seen a single thing to enhance security or prevent these things from happening. Not one thing.
They installed a “miniature golf course”. And they will text you 5 times about PI day, or s’more night at the cabana. But NOTHING has been done to prevent the issues like vandalism, vehicle break-ins, grand theft auto, littering, and people not cleaning up after their pets.
Literally the only highlight of this complex is the maintenance staff. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. I only wish the office staff and management were the same.
