November 9, 2021The parking situation is terribly inconvenient. They change the rules constantly and blame it on being a private community and being able to do whatever they want basically. I got a basketball hoop for my son for Christmas and tastefully put it up and they harassed me about it for weeks until I dragged it to the back of the apartment where it is no longer able to even be used by him. Nowhere in the lease does it say we can't have a basketball hoop but they blamed it on being able to have whatever ...rules they want essentially. They changed the parking rules without much notice. THese are not luxury townhomes!!
June 1, 2021Lived here for one year and was very happy to put in my notice to vacate. I moved in because it was new construction but it came with a lot of issues. Poor communication from the office, noise from construction, dog poo issues, crowded streets (no parking), homes are not quality for what you are paying. Its an okay place to live if you are only staying while your home is being built. Beware when you leave. Make sure they do not keep your deposit.
