I spent a year working as a maintenance technician on the property, and in my honest opinion, the way this property is run is top-notch. I’ve held several positions in property management, and I’ve never come across a team that cared as deeply about its residents and the community they serve as the team at Covey Homes Jennings Place. Professionally managed by a Greystar team; Erika gives 110% of herself to the community ...
    and genuinely cares about each and every resident that lives there. She ensures the property runs to a standard of care I’ve never seen before. The Maintenance Supervisor, Jaden, works diligently every single day from start to finish to ensure the property is maintained to the highest level. He ensures that all resident requests are resolved as quickly as humanly possible and with a great deal of care. Brittney in the leasing office works harder than almost anyone I’ve ever met. The amount of attention to detail she shows to both prospective and current residents is so personal. She will do anything within her power to accommodate the needs of her community. I would highly recommend Covey Homes Jennings Place to anyone looking for a great place to work or live. Absolutely five out of five stars.     Very disappointed and upsetting with covey homes. They didn't provide the hidden cost if things go wrong such as a air filter or a water filter. You have to pay extra for those things even though you pay the rent. I was told lawn service is done on a Tuesday but I come home lawn service is done on a Monday so all my solar power lights are destroyed. Just very saddened with covey homes.

    Covey Homes Jennings Place is such a good place to rent from! Their maintenance staff response so fast and they’re educational about what they’re doing and when to call them next! The paperwork and process to begin renting wasn’t hard at all. They made it very easy to tour as you did your own walk through in an empty house which was great! While the house has some issues (cheap flooring, messy paint job and a few cheaper appliances) the overall experience is great and I’d choose them over again!

    It’s a nice neighborhood, residents have been nice. Management team may make you feel unwelcoming but overall besides the pest control and poor inspection before we moved in it’s not a bad place to stay. But it’s not perfect by any means.
