January 28, 2026Very disappointed and upsetting with covey homes. They didn't provide the hidden cost if things go wrong such as a air filter or a water filter. You have to pay extra for those things even though you pay the rent. I was told lawn service is done on a Tuesday but I come home lawn service is done on a Monday so all my solar power lights are destroyed. September 26, 2025Covey Homes Jennings Place is such a good place to rent from! Their maintenance staff response so fast and they’re educational about what they’re doing and when to call them next! The paperwork and process to begin renting wasn’t hard at all. They made it very easy to tour as you did your own walk through in an empty house which was great! While the house has some issues (cheap flooring, messy paint job and a few cheaper appliances) the overall experience is great and I’d choose them over again!Property Manager Responded

July 15, 2025It’s a nice neighborhood, residents have been nice. Management team may make you feel unwelcoming but overall besides the pest control and poor inspection before we moved in it’s not a bad place to stay. But it’s not perfect by any means.Property Manager Responded
