I spent a year working as a maintenance technician on the property, and in my honest opinion, the way this property is run is top-notch. I’ve held several positions in property management, and I’ve never come across a team that cared as deeply about its residents and the community they serve as the team at Covey Homes Jennings Place. Professionally managed by a Greystar team; Erika gives 110% of herself to the community ...and genuinely cares about each and every resident that lives there. She ensures the property runs to a standard of care I’ve never seen before. The Maintenance Supervisor, Jaden, works diligently every single day from start to finish to ensure the property is maintained to the highest level. He ensures that all resident requests are resolved as quickly as humanly possible and with a great deal of care. Brittney in the leasing office works harder than almost anyone I’ve ever met. The amount of attention to detail she shows to both prospective and current residents is so personal. She will do anything within her power to accommodate the needs of her community. I was told lawn service is done on a Tuesday but I come home lawn service is done on a Monday so all my solar power lights are destroyed.
