We’ve really appreciated how quiet and convenient the area is, especially with easy access to the highway and the continued growth nearby with new restaurants and businesses coming in. From the beginning, the leasing agents were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made moving feel much less overwhelming for our family. The layout of our home has worked wonderfully for us, ...and the quality has been very good so far. We do back up to a busier road and neighborhood entrance, so there is some traffic noise at times, and our first maintenance request took a little longer to receive a response than we expected. However, once maintenance followed up, the issue was resolved quickly and without any problems. The pet/service animal verification process was probably the most difficult part of moving in, as it felt more complicated than it needed to be. Overall, though, this has felt like a peaceful suburban community and a comfortable place for our family to settle in. We’re looking forward to seeing the area continue to grow and making more memories here.Read More

We were surprised to find (early 2025) standalone houses to lease for very reasonable prices, with very useful house amenities (backyard privacy fence along outside houses, alarm system and smart home technology). The neighborhood is overall quiet and safe, and the quality of the houses are fantastic. Access to the interstate is about 1 mile, and convenient for GA and SC commutes.
