December 31, 2025Having recently moved from another state, I greatly appreciate Covey Homes Midsomer. We were surprised to find (early 2025) standalone houses to lease for very reasonable prices, with very useful house amenities (backyard privacy fence along outside houses, alarm system and smart home technology). The neighborhood is overall quiet and safe, and the quality of the houses are fantastic. Access to the interstate is about 1 mile, and convenient for GA and SC commutes. The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is clean, safe, and modern, and our experience with Alexis has been wonderful. We moved from out of state so it was nice to have her support through it all. She is extremely professional, responsive, and polite. We haven’t rented in two decades so having the ability to rent a home with a fenced in yard was very important to us. You'd be surprised that a lot of apartments are costing almost the exact same as these rental homes. Why not get the backyard too for the pups to run around? and guess what? They'll cut it for you!
