Don rent!!!!

Lived here for going on 4 years and the rules are ridiculous.. you have neighbors that snitch on you and any little thing you do they’ll tell the office. Like we’re in high school. Too high of a price for nothing to offer. Raise rent just because they got new ac units. I have a 1950’s stove and fridge and carpet that someone didn’t know how to install. 1800’s doors that break all the time. Not worth the price!! Or getting treated like you’re a kid. I can’t wait to get out of this place.

Apartment is small. Rent has gone up $50 a year when it was renewed. If the neighbors complain about any tiny thing( ex pet waste)they will tell you one more complaint and your evicted. Kids writing with chalk outside is “defacing the building” You pay way too much for such a tiny place esp with increasing rent every year. It has been quiet and they do a good job at maintaining the complex. It’s good and bad. At this point however it’s too expensive for a tiny place to live.

Great maintenance response, very kind & helpful office staff! Community is uniquely laid out so we don't feel crowded. Awesome location across from Austin Landing. We utilize the bike path to access the park next door. Very quiet & relaxing neighborhood. We love living here!

Parking is horrible. Noisy and Loud music throughout the night and day. Police one night had half the complex blocked off not safe. Should have keep looking.

Tons of unaddressed maintenance issues. 24 yr old AC and HVAC system needs replaced they refuse to. Management stinks.

I moved in at covey Run Apartments over the summer and love it! I am in a wonderful location close to the bike path and love my neighbors. It is so nice not having anybody live above or below you, so it really makes it feel more like living in a home rather than an apartment. Everyone on staff is always so friendly and helpful; they really make you feel like you are an important part of the community.

I just moved in here about 2 weeks ago and was a little nervous because this place had mixed reviews online but am so glad I took the time to check it out for myself! The ladies in the office were very friendly and walked me thru every step of the way, which I really appreciated. They even gave me a "house warming" gift basket...how awesome is that!! None of the other apartments I had looked at were as large or as modern with the vaulted ceilings and all...so all in all I am very happy and ...

would recommend this place to just about anyone in all walks of life!
