Washing machines are still broken since the day I moved in still having trouble with seeing bugs here and there. Hall carpets need to be replaced extremely stained and dirty.

They keep the property very clean and are usually very prompt to take care of any maintenance requests. Quiet and nice residents. Apartments are spacious, although the kitchens are very small.

Been living here for a couple years, it has gotten pretty bad. There id no cleaning maintenance on the weekends so it gets filthy there’s always dog urine in and by the elevators there’s waste in the front grass areas. I think management has to do a better job with enforcing pet rules for those with pets because is getting disgusting. Another issue is if something breaks example appliances they will “fix it” but will never get replaced even if it’s old and breaks weekly. The maintenance team is ...

better but they can only do so much. The noise is insane quiet hours are not enforced at all. Pool rules are not enforced there are people having parties at the pool every weekend. I believe this complex would benefit from a better management team that is able to handle all these issues.

This was a great apartment when I moved in 7 years ago. Overtime the quality just got worse. Management was inconsistent. There was a new property manager maybe every year or two. Current management hasn’t done anything about the cockroaches within the units. They do extermination somewhat frequently on the exterior but nothing for again in unit infestation. Some neighbors are great others are interesting. I would say though that they are trying to be a little more consistent and spruce up the ...

Everything it's going well, but the neighbors are so dirty, they don't clean his area, the stairs are dirty, made party's in the pool, drink alcohol, I hope they que follow the rules, because I have 1 year there and try to be a good resident I really love the area, and the apartments.

I’ve lived in this apartment for close to 5 years and wish to buy my own house before moving. It’s a very safe place to live in . Our needs are being attended to at the right time . The only challenge that made me want to give them 4 stars is on packing spots . I need an extra spot and it’s taking forever.
