December 17, 2024I viewed an apartment at Covington on Friday, December 13, 2024. The people at the leasing office was awesome! From the maintenance people down to the wonderful lady that showed me the apartment. You can tell they operate as a team and as a family. The apartment was clean and updated. The location was great to all universities and retail and freeway. The showing lady made feel at home and welcomed. Answered all of my questions. This is my number 1 choice to live and I hope to move in ...soon.Property Manager Responded

November 23, 2022Super responsive with work orders. The maintenance guy is always accommodating. I had issues with my no heat and he was here in less than 30 minutes. I believe his name is Sterling. I really like the new staff and management at this property.Review from Apartments.com
unprofessional
November 10, 2022I applied for these apartments in the summer late July and got approved. Ever since then I haven’t heard anything back from management there has been available apartments being posted for what I applied for and still haven’t heard anything. I emailed her and asked for a refund for my application fee in late September. haven’t heard anything don’t apply here unless you wanna b ripped off.Review from Apartments.com
