With all the management changes we had some good and bad.... As for the apartment it sucks and its really not that great at all. Between work orders not getting fixed or having to wait almost 5 months to get a brand used stove and it still doesn't work 100% and the fridge is brand new and it was not working so maintenance just turned it to the coldest setting and said that is the best I can do for you. the area trying to get in cars and its a group of 7 to 8 of them and called the cops on them more than 4 times. The music in the parking lots of people driving through at 3 and 4 in the morning. The lights are out on a bunch of the buildings that shine in the parking lot..... Complained on excessive noise from the people upstairs many times and nothing gets done and I still have to continue to put up with it. The river when it rains that I have to walk through to get to my parking area sucks as its about 2 or 3 inches of water as long as its not down pouring because the run off all comes down that walkway. The gutters are falling off and the few that was just put up was hung incorrectly and they never get cleaned out and that is why they are falling off. Regular maintenance is not something that is done at this complex. I change my own air filters that I purchase and I also spray for bugs once a month so I don't have any bug problem. When I moved into this 2nd apartment that I transferred to I had a big bug problem from day 2 of being in that apartment. The first apartment I had no bugs and only sprayed 3 or 4 times in 2 years but it did have electrical problems that were never addressed.
